Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Prepare BRD, FRD, and user stories
- Facilitate meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Support testing activities including UAT
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain proper documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Preferred Skills
- MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
- Basic SQL understanding
- SQL (basic to intermediate)
- Experience in IT/financial services domain
